The full Fleurieu Food Festival 2026 program has been revealed, with more than 120 winter food events set to take over the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Running from 1 to 31 August, the festival stretches across more than 60 venues and producers, bringing together hands-on workshops, wine dinners, farm experiences, tastings and one-off dining events.
Spanning four regions across the Fleurieu with events in McLaren Vale, Willunga, Aldinga, Goolwa, Strathalbyn, Langhorne Creek, Victor Harbor and Yankalilla, it’s a perfect excuse to hope in the car and road trip with friends.
We’ve picked out six events that foodies, wine drinkers and anyone up for a great time, are going to want to head along to.
Sea of Winter

Set along Aldinga Beach, Pearl will showcase local seafood and seasonal regional produce, cooked over fire and paired with wines from Aphelion. Together, the menu and wines will capture the wild, coastal character of winter on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Warm, relaxed and deeply connected to place, this one-off lunch invites guests to linger over some of the very best flavours of the season.

The Fire Table: Lamb, Smoke & Old Vines at Shadow Creek

A rare winter feast is coming to Shadow Creek this August, bringing together fire cooking, old-vine wines and the flavours of the Fleurieu.
Set on the gravel terrace beside the cellar door, overlooking the Turraparri creek line and old gums, the afternoon will see Chef Jamie Steele and his team work the fire, cooking lamb from just over the fence.
Guests can expect seasonal Fleurieu produce, shared plates and Shadow Creek wines as the afternoon moves into evening. As the light fades, the fire takes over with glowing coals and smoke curling through the air while a glass of wine from the old-vine sits in hand.
When: Saturday 22 August, 3pm to 7:30pm
Where: Shadow Creek, 314 Rifle Range Road, McLaren Vale

One of the signature parts of the OysterPalooza experience is a ‘Shellie’. If you’ve never heard of a Shellie before, it involves a frozen pour of Never Never’s Oyster Shell Gin, served straight from a freshly shucked shell.
When: Friday, August 1st to Sunday, August 3rd
