This Friday, November 28, Jack Ruby is taking it to the streets!
The Americana inspired basement bar and diner will be bringing things above ground with their new outdoor lounge – just in time for summer!
The lounge will be set in the laneway against Jack Ruby on King William Street and be serving all their favourite traditional American food and cocktails.
Head Chef and Owner of Jack Ruby Sam Worrall Thompson said the new space caters for the warmer weather and customers wanting to dine al fresco.
“When it starts to heat up, everyone wants to be able to stay outdoors for as long as possible,” he said.
“Jack Ruby wanted to be able to provide diners with full service across our food and cocktail menus with the added atmosphere of a laid back outdoor lounge.
“This is something completely new for Jack Ruby and we can’t wait to share this outdoor summer experience with our diners.”
