Adelaide Airport is giving South Australians more reasons than ever to visit, even when they’re not catching a flight.
With an expanding mix of retail, dining and lifestyle experiences, the terminal has evolved into a destination where visitors can meet for coffee, enjoy lunch, pick up a gift or discover brands unavailable anywhere else in the state.
The latest arrivals include cult-favourite Brooki Bakehouse, fragrance brand Àerre, Adelaide-founded tech brand SnapWireless, and Robotica Coffee, where a robotic barista crafts both hot and iced beverages right before your eyes.

The new additions are part of a significant year of growth for Adelaide Airport as it continues to enhance the customer experience both for travellers and the wider community.
Adelaide Airport Commercial & Stakeholder Relations Manager Jodie Knighton said each new business was chosen to bring something distinctive to the terminal.
“We’re continually evolving Adelaide Airport to deliver experiences that go beyond what people traditionally expect from an airport. When selecting new kiosk concepts, we looked for brands that offered something unique, highly sought-after and complementary to our existing retail mix.”
Two of the latest openings, Àerre and Brooki Bakehouse, are South Australian exclusives, giving local shoppers access to products they can’t find elsewhere in the state.
SnapWireless adds a local success story to the airport’s retail line-up. Founded in Adelaide before building a national following, the brand now showcases its popular range of charging, travel and lifestyle products from its new airport location.
Innovation is also becoming a defining feature of the Adelaide Airport experience.
At Robotica Coffee, a robotic barista prepares and serves drinks with precision and flair, turning a simple coffee run into an attraction in itself.
It joins Flying Turtle’s automated beverage machines, located throughout the terminal, which can create more than 180 hot and cold drinks at the touch of a button.
Alongside these newcomers, visitors can browse a growing collection of well-known retailers including Shades, Seed Heritage, Witchery and Original UGG Australia Classic, complemented by an increasingly diverse range of cafés, restaurants and grab-and-go dining options.
Adelaide Airport Marketing & Retail Performance Manager Angela Seneca said “Adelaide Airport has evolved into much more than a place to catch a flight. Whether you’re shopping for a gift, discovering an exclusive brand, meeting friends for lunch or simply enjoying the atmosphere, there are plenty of reasons to visit even if you’re not travelling.”
For those planning a dedicated visit, customers who spend $100 or more at participating retailers can receive up to three hours of complimentary parking, subject to terms and conditions.
Convenience is also a major draw, with retailers open seven days a week, including public holidays, and many trading from as early as 5am through to 8pm.
So whether you’re picking up a gift, grabbing a coffee, checking out a new fragrance, watching a robot make your morning brew or simply looking for somewhere different to shop, Adelaide Airport is increasingly becoming a destination beyond the departure lounge.
