Parents, let your kids the meal for once!

On Saturday, April 24th, delicious food service Plant B Life is hosting a kids cooking class to teach your tykes how to become little chefs.

The two-hour event will teach its little guests how to cook “around the world” meals, such as Mexican tacos, Hawaiian smoothie bowls, Aussie Anzac bliss balls, and a fourth dish TBD.

Parents are also invited to join for free, with complimentary coffee as they watch their kids learn. The chefs-to-be can either take the food home or eat it at the class.

And the best part? The dishes are healthy.

Nutritionist @food4lifewmichelle will attend the event to inspire and educate the children, and teach them about nutritional recipes and games.

“The best way to get kids eating well is to get them in the kitchen,” Plant B Life says.

“We can’t wait to inspire them. It’s our favourite part of fulfilling the Plant B mission.”

Plant B Life, the event host, was born out of a passion for achieving ultimate health, getting kids to eat more fruit and veggies and helping people make quick, tasty, plant-based food at home.
