NSW travellers from hotspots to quarantine

Those who have been in the locations outlined by NSW Health as hotspot locations will need to be tested and enter a medi hotel.

SA Health have announced that the state will remain open to New South Wale, however, those entering SA from the Northern Beaches and surrounds will be required to quarantine at home for 14 days.

Those who have been in the locations outlined by NSW Health as high community transmission zones or high risk locations will need to be tested and enter a medi hotel.

The continually updating list of locations mostly situated in the Northern Beaches where the outbreak begun can be accessed on the NSW Health website.

SA Health Chief Public Health Officer, Professor Nicola Spurrier clarifies that the concern is exposure to COVID-19 in a traveller that is developing the disease.

Therefore, those who enter from Northern Beaches can quarantine at home but they will need to alert SA Health for welfare check ups.
