The highly anticipated Oval Hotel’s opening is accompanied with the launch of its dining and wining venues.
The latest in the hotel’s additions is Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen.
Warm and welcoming at any time of the day, the restaurant offers a menu packed with local flavours and quality wine.
The most striking aspect of Bespoke is its artful beauty. The space has been fitted out with metallic finishes, natural textures, and custom furniture. The starry light installation adds a magical tone to the space.
The piece de resistance may be the 2000 strong (and growing) wine wall that contains labels from across South Australia, Australia, and internationally.
Much like sister venue, Five Regions Restaurant, formerly the Hill of Grace restaurant, Bespoke champions South Australian local produce.
However, the dining format will be different with patrons able to dine at Bespoke from breakfast through dinner, or stop by for a drink and bar snacks.
Wood fire and coal techniques are at the forefront of the food, with the culinary team also incorporating in-house pickling and preserving, to create a menu jam-packed with flavour.
The venue opens Monday 21 September, and is open for seven days a week, from breakfast through ’til dinner.
