Their mission is to handpick standout wines and glean inspiration from the winemaker’s narrative, the seasonal attributes, and the local produce of that region.

The result is a captivating degustation menu, a symphony of flavors that not only complements each selected wine but also showcases South Australia’s exceptional local ingredients.

The restaurant has previously collaborated with renowned wineries like St Hugo, Seppeltsfield, Jim Barry, and Wynns, offering diners a taste of the region’s best.

Currently, the restaurant is presenting an enticing menu in partnership with Penfolds, known for their prestigious vintages. Each dish on this menu is carefully crafted to bring out the best in Penfolds’ exquisite wines, offering an unparalleled dining experience.
