Celebrate Summer with bottomless margaritas and Mexican food

Get bottomless margaritas, tacos and nachos at The Waterloo Hotel

Paralowie, one of Adelaide’s northernmost residential pockets, can look a bit dull to the untrained eye. But those in the know, know it’s both home to the very fun St Kilda Adventure Playground, and lies in close proximity to one of Adelaide’s best Vietnamese haunts, Pho Linh.

And, as of this weekend, there’ll be another reason to cross town too: Bottomless margaritas.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 12-2pm, The Waterloo Hotel is turning up the heat for a Mexican-inspired lunchtime feast.

Get your mates together for two hours of dishes including BBQ pork nachos, charred corn, spiced chargrilled chicken tacos, fried fish tacos and DIY chicken fajitas for $35 per person. $35!

If you’ve got the whole family with you, kids get their own mini feast for only 15 bucks.

The Waterloo has transformed their outdoor area with vibrant wall hangings, and a fabulous mural depicting the brightly coloured houses of Mexico City. It’s a world away from the dreary Adelaide summer we’ve been having so far.

While you revel in the fancy surrounds, throwing back dish after glorious dish, you can also add on bottomless margaritas – zesty, utterly smashable, and all for the cost of a single drink in the central city.

The Waterloo Hotel also do kids birthdays. Organise a themed fiesta with a bottomless, kid-friendly feast for $17 per person. The meal, which is slowly brought out over an hour and a half, comes with nachos, corn chips, tacos, fajitas and churros.

Plus, there’s the option to upgrade to bottomless frozen mocktail margaritas for $7 per person.

When the rest of Adelaide is foolishly hitting the city centre in droves for their last minute Christmas gifts, get out of town, get some margs in you, and eat until you can’t eat no more.
