The gin combines 21 carefully sourced botanicals, many of which are handpicked right in hills and valleys surrounding Portofino.
On first sip, you will experience invigorating notes of lemon and juniper, followed by an explosion of Mederteranian flavours; rosemary, lavender, marjoram and sage, just to name a few.
It is made in a historic Italian distillery using a combination of traditional and innovative methods as a nod to their heritage.

Pudel Srl is run by the Pudel family, who have been living in Portofino for generations.
The family’s history is deeply rooted in the town’s history: Klaus Pudel, Ruggero’s grandfather, was a man much admired for helping save the famous village from destruction during the Second World War.
Portofino Dry Gin is very much a love-letter to Portofino written by the Pudel family. The gin is a tribute to Klaus and, like him, it is a playful spirit with an unmistakable Mediterranean character.
After having a successful couple of years internationally, in which they managed to bag a handful of notable awards, the gin is finally available down under.
