Approximately 102,000 lightning strikes lit up Adelaide’s skies on Friday night – check out some of the stunning shots captured by locals across the state!

An estimated 102,000 lightning strikes lit up Adelaide’s skies on Friday night, following a storm that caused dozens of small scrub fires across the state.

Temperatures remained in the high 30s late into the evening, with only two-millimetres of rain recorded across SA.
