You’ve probably been to many wine dinners before. Gin dinners? Yeah, you’ve heard of them. How about a bourbon dinner?
The barrel-aged, distilled spirit is a type of American whiskey that doesn’t seem to get much love in this corner of the world. That’s about to change with The Edinburgh Hotel’s 4th July Bourbon Dinner!
You’re invited to join The Ed for the first of their exciting series of bourbon whiskey dinners in collaboration with whiskey experts, The Exchange.
In a nod to American Independence Day, the event is serving up American inspired food with each dish accompanied by some of the best crafted American whiskey available in Australia.
If you fall in love with a particular spirit, all the whiskeys tasted on the night will be available to purchase through the cellars with discounts off the regular retail price.
Ticket holders to the dinner ever also score four tickets into the draw for the customised Suzuki Bourbon Bike that will be drawn at The Beer and BBQ Festival on July 14.
