Naan bread is quite potentially one of our favourite things in the world. It’s safe to say it holds a very special place in our hearts. And that was before we heard about the Nutella version.
Hyde Park’s Javriti has made all our dreams come true with this Nutella Naan dish. The contemporary restaurant sits on King William Road and since opening, has gained a highly regarded reputation for serving up tasty, well-priced dishes with an Indian-influence.
Said Nutella Naan comes served on a long plate, with an EXTRA TUB OF NUTELLA just in case the already smothered naan needs just a little more chocolate.
Head Chef Prashant Penkar has Indian heritage, as well as more than a decade of experience under his belt. He has worked at restaurants and under Michelin-starred chefs all over the world, from London to Johannesburg, as well as the luxury Oberoi hotels and resorts in India.
Javitri combines sophisticated flavour combinations with elegant, considered plating.
The menu celebrates Australian produce and Indian flavours, and takes inspiration from both French and Italian cooking. And Nutella Naan is on the menu.
