ETCH Sparkling’s alcohol & sugar-free bevs are ideal for taking it easy over Christmas

ETCH makes non-alcoholic, lightly sparkling beverages using the extracts of native Australian fruits and herbs.

ETCH is all about social inclusion. It’s a healthy, non-alcoholic beverage to enjoy or serve at your next event so everyone can enjoy a drink together.

Twelve months ago, husband and wife team Jason and Andy Quin launched their drinks business, ETCH Sparkling.

ETCH makes non-alcoholic, lightly sparkling beverages using the extracts of native Australian fruits and herbs.

Their all-natural drinks range have no or low sugar and zero preservatives

Prior to the creation of ETCH, Jason had spent over twenty years in the wine industry.

Jason and Andy had always enjoyed hosting dinner parties and eating out but after Jason’s decision to stop drinking, they observed there was a gap in the market for delicious, food friendly alternatives to alcohol during social and dining occasions.

The decision to use native Australian ingredients was a natural choice, as the botanicals used are sustainably farmed and grown in regions where they naturally thrive.

“Launching a business just prior to a Pandemic wasn’t part of the plan but with health in focus more than ever, it’s exciting to see how far we have come in twelve months, and we are so grateful for the support from the wonderful South Australian community,” says Andy.

“Our drinks have been so well received, and we have been blown away by the response and interest from those looking for a health conscience choice which celebrates our wonderful native Australian flavours and provides a sense of inclusion for those looking for the ritual of a special drink without the alcohol.”

ETCH comes in three delicious flavours:

  • ZST finger lime, lemon myrtle & rosemary (sugar free, vegan friendly)
  • PLM Davidson plum, riberry & strawberry gum (sugar free, vegan friendly)
  • HNY honey & rosewater *(raw natural sugars from honey)

You can find ETCH Sparkling beverages in the fridges at Chapleys Foodlands Norwood, Henley, Saints, Pasadena, Frewville, Romeo’s Foodlands across the state and a number of progressive restaurants, pubs and cafes.
