Aussie rock supergroup pay tribute to legendary musician in live show

The rescheduled national tour that celebrates Neil Young’s iconic album kicks off at Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre this March.

Australian Rock Collective (ARC) is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Neil Young’s legendary album ‘Harvest’ with a national tour that will kick off right here in Adelaide.

After being rescheduled from their original February date due to Covid, Thebarton Theatre will spring to life on March 23rd as Australian rock icons take to the stage to pay tribute to this iconic record. It follows ARC’s sold-out and critically acclaimed tours of “Abbey Road” Live when the band presented The Beatles masterpiece with forensic detail to rapturous applause every night.

ARC is an Aussie supergroup made up of some of our highest acclaimed homegrown rock gods including KRAM (Spiderbait), Darren Middleton (Powderfinger), Mark Wilson (Jet) and Davey Lane (You Am I).

This special tribute show will see the band perform the entirety of ‘Harvest’ live before returning to the stage for the second half of the show to perform a selection of Neil Young classics from the career of one of rock music’s true masters.

In February 1972 Neil Young released his fourth and most successful album – “Harvest”.  The biggest selling album of the year, the #1 is home to a slew of Young’s classics including #1 single ‘Heart of Gold’, ‘Old Man’, ‘Alabama’, ‘A Man Needs a Maid’, ‘Words’ and the beautiful ‘The Needle and the Damage Done’.

If this is right up your alley, ARC is also bringing The Beatles’ “Let It Be” live to Her Majesty’s Theatre on May 15th.

ARC Present Neil Young’s Harvest takes place on Wednesday 23rd of March at the Thebarton Theatre.
