Brisbane-born cookie brand, Brooki Bakehouse, is finally coming to Adelaide, and this time it’s permanent.
Landing in the Adelaide Airport from July 17, the busy travel hub will be lucky enough to be home to South Australia’s first Brooki Bakehouse which hosted a temporary kiosk earlier in the year at Westfield Marion, with metre-long lines.
The popular cookie brand already serves travellers at Brisbane Domestic and International Airport, Sydney Domestic Airport and Gold Coast Airport. The Adelaide kiosk will offer the same experience as previous venues, bringing a bundle of cookie shaped joy in the brands iconic pink boxes to Adelaide locals and visitors.
Brooki Bakehouse founder, Brooke Bellamy said South Australia has always had great fans of the cookie company.
“Now, whether you’re arriving in the city for the first time or heading home after a big trip, we want Brooki to be the thing you look forward to at the airport,” she said.
The kiosk is set to bring some of Brooki’s best selling cookies to our state including the iconic NYC Cookie, the rich Cookie Butter Cookie, the indulgent Red Velvet Cookie, and the Classic Choc Chip Cookie, which is Australia’s favourite.
The Adelaide opening is just the beginning of a number of opening and new flagship stores around the country. The brand first went viral on TikTok in 2023 when Brooke started posting vlog style baking videos.
She already had been open for a year before gaining traction on social media but from there she was able to grow her staff, her following, create a cookbook and see her stores go international.
“The brand is celebrated for its inventive, ever-evolving range of best-selling cookies, its distinctive aesthetic, and the genuine connection Brooke has built with a community of food lovers around the world,” the Brooki Bakehouse team shared.
Once open the Adelaide Airport venue will daily from 6am to 7.30pm. Whether or not your coming home, or jumping on a new adventure, there’s always time for a sweet, loaded cookie treat.
