With this 94 point sparkling now having 3 years on lees and making James Halliday's Top 40 Best Australian Sparkling Wines for 2012, the Sinclair's Gully Sparkling Rubida is a thoughtful gift for a special person or a well deserved indulgence as we celebrate the festive season.

As the Adelaide Hills only eco-certified cellar door and eleven time tourism and landcare winners inducted into the AdvantageSA Hall of Fame this year, Sinclair’s Gully, is a venue designed to connect you with your natural heritage. It has also become a unique venue and
back drop for some truly talented artists to perform, providing the setting and opportunity for some memorable experiences over the
coming summer. Add to this a tasting of some of the best sparkling wines produced in Hills and all of your senses are in for a treat.

Sean Delaney, owner and vigneron said “Our December ‘hands-on’ disgorging and dosaging sessions are a great opportunity for people
to come along and discover how to hand disgorge their very own 94 point sparkling either as a Christmas gift or to celebrate Christmas
and the New Year with family and friends.”
