Emali, an early learning centre, owned and operated in South Australia is opening a tenth location, expanding its popular childcare, early learning and preschool programs within the western suburbs.
The new centre marks a major milestone for the organisation and has been thoughtfully designed around the restoration of a stunning 1800s heritage home on Marion Road.

“The North Plympton centre is a reimagined community icon, restored from fire damage and transformed to provide a beautiful and engaging environment for children to learn, grow and thrive,” said Ali Serhan, Founder & Owner of Emali Early Learning Centre
The centre features spacious indoor and outdoor learning areas, a dedicated sensory room designed in collaboration with occupational therapists and the first of its kind – a music room.
The sensory room supports children in regulating emotions, developing motor skills and building confidence. Further to the child-led learning curriculum and daily programming, Emali North Plympton will continue to offer extra-curricular programs including sports and activity, music and movement, cooking lessons, yoga and meditation plus a variety of excursions and incursions.

“Supporting children being able to regulate themselves, strengthens their coordination and motor skills, plus it also enhances their confidence, all benefiting them for the school years ahead.”
“Being locally owned and operated allows us to deeply embed within the community and understand exactly what families want from a high-quality childcare service,” Ali said.
“Every Emali centre is uniquely designed to suit its local community, for example Littlehampton reflects its farming community with an on-site barn, while North Plympton restores a piece of local heritage for everyone to enjoy.”

The Brighton venue also uses their proximity to the beach to incorporate seaside visits into learning programs. At the Salisbury location, they have Emali swim school offerings, with complimentary swimming lessons for enrolled children at that location.
Enrolment includes nutritious, culturally inclusive meals prepared with seasonal produce, plus all extra-curricular programs. Families are invited to visit the North Plympton centre via online booking or join the waitlist to secure a spot.
