It’s Friday, which means it’s pretty much the weekend, and the weekend means cocktails (and Netflix).
New Nordic is currently serving a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, and it looks absolutely fabulous.
Boasting oozy, house made salted caramel, and locally roasted specialty espresso, this twist appears to have given the classic a new life.
Of course, if espresso martinis aren’t your thing, New Nordic serves a variety of additional original creations.
The Valkyrie comes complete with raspberry compote, pine infused gin, Chambord, elderflower liqueur, and cream.
The Norseman features lime infused vapour and blueberry flavoured bourbon whiskey. An old fashioned but not as you know it.
Named after the Norse goddess of love, the Freya includes mint infused gin, fresh strawberries muddled, lime juice, elderflower and a pinch of cranberry juice.
New Nordic is also hosting an upcoming “Tipsy Tapas” event on Friday 6 September. Think bottomless drinks (Salted Caramel or classic Espresso Martini, sangria or white wine) with free flowing Scandinavian tapas.
