SkyCity’s Sol bar launches bottomless brunches

Sunday bottomless brunches at Sol Rooftop Bar kick-off this weekend, and who doesn’t love a brunch with a view!

Award-winning Sol rooftop bar has taken their offerings to the next level, launching their bottomless brunch menu.

Sol are slinging unrivalled cocktails, sparkling and decadent finger food giving you the ultimate bottomless brunch every Sunday. Did we mention this is all while being perched atop the recently transformed SkyCity, with 270-degree views of Adelaide? Take my money!

Free flowing beverages include NV Harvest Blanc de Blancs from the Adelaide Hills, the Sol Spritz with Applewood Gin and Limoncello, as well as the Eos Blueberry Tea. 

If that wasn’t enough to convince you, the menu boasts parsnip macaron, pine needle caramel, crab crumpet, kingfish ceviche in rhubarb, roast lamb shoulder en croute, and whipped ricotta and beetroot tartlet. This is the ultimate in fine brunch cuisine.

Sol Bar and Restaurant Venue Manager, Jimmy Parham says, “Now that spring is here, it’s the perfect time to open up for brunch on the terrace. People can enjoy rolling beverages and dishes in beautiful bite sizes pieces by Head Chef Kane Pollard, all while taking in the spectacular views of the River Torrens and Adelaide Oval – a unique way to kick off your Sunday.”

Sol, the Latin term for sun, is a revolutionary take on a rooftop bar for South Australia, offering unforgettable dining and bar experiences. Adding to its accolades, it recently took home ‘Restaurant of the Year’, at the 2021 SA Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence.

Adding to this, their South Australian Head Chef Kane Pollard was awarded Chef of the Year, with the restaurant also titled the state’s best Formal Contemporary Australian Restaurant in SA. Pollard has been at the helm of Sol Bar & Restaurant since its opening in November 2020 as part of a $330 million transformation of SkyCity Adelaide.
