It’s that time of the year again, where Adelaide’s biggest burger fans come together to vote for the BEST burger joint in South Australia!

While we all have our favourites, one Facebook group called Adelaide Burger Lovers have a passionate community of 16,600 burger fans who commonly share and debate the best burgers kicking around the state.

It’s for this reason, we called upon their vast burger knowledge and experience to vote for the best burger joints in Adelaide – and with over 2000 votes being cast – we’ve come up with a must-visit list of places to check out.

If you’ve already made your way through the below top 10, why not check out the amazing nominees at the end of the list who were also in the running.

1. Stax (19% with 449 votes)

Yet again, Stax have come out on top, taking out first place in the Adelaide Burger Lovers Facebook group poll for best burger! The self proclaimed burger artists create everything from mammoth towers of meat and bun which terrify the uninitiated (like the the Beef Belter – featuring 15 patties and 30 pieces of cheese), to more manageable photo-worthy burgerlicious delights. While ugly burgers can still taste great – Stax have managed to tick all the boxes.
