It’s a stunning 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom home making it an ideal destination for groups of up to 10 people. While only 5 minutes from Barossa attractions, Benbullen offers a private relaxing destination perfect to relax, reset and recharge set amongst the vines and valleys.

Manager Janine Bawden said it’s the perfect place for food and wine lovers. It came about from a NSW wine collator with a hobby for purchasing properties.

“He loves purchasing properties that are true Barossa style with stunning views surrounded by vineyards, basically he wants to share that the rest of the world,” Janine said.

“Benbullen is set on 11 acres and surrounded by beautiful private parkland. It’s a lovely destination to go on retreats for high-end cliental.”

It has large living spaces including formal lounge, casual dining area, sun-filled atrium dining room, library filled with books, and a games room – its massive.

The space lives and breathes the glorious offerings of our state.

“A big focus for us and for me is promoting SA within the accommodation,” Janine said.

“In terms of amenities, it has a complete SA focus such as Jurlique toiletries. Not only are we promoting the Barossa but SA too.”

Along with the stay at the property, guests can be treated to a curated itinerary for guests stay at Barossa. She can create a detailed plan at no additional cost exploring the food, wine and experiences of the Barossa.

Janine said the property had been owned by a Baron of the Barossa, which is a member of a dynamic association that focuses on promoting the Barossa.

“The John family had been living there for 20 years before they sold the property. There’s a lot of wood throughout – there’s a real Barossa connection there.

“This property was purchased at the end of May and since then I have spent 6 months updating the interior and refreshing the space.”

The new accommodation is the perfect place to stay for large groups on a luxurious retreat when you’re exploring the stunning Barossa Valley.
