Looking for something to do on a Sunday? How about a lavish, five-course lunch in the Adelaide Hills? The recently revamped, family-owned Howard Vineyard is offering just that.
Renowned as a stunning wedding venue with incredible vineyard views and rolling hills, Howard Vineyard has an unassuming elegance and rustic charm about it. The winery enjoyed a makeover last year, with renovations to the cellar door and the addition of restaurant Clover + Stone. Sitting amongst glorious gumtrees, it’s the perfect place to settle in for an authentic, delicious long lunch.
The first-rate “feed me” menu currently on offer boasts five incredible courses for just $58p/person, which is pretty damn good. Howard Vineyard also has an al la carte menu, and a second menu catering for Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free punters. Cheese and Charcuterie boards are also on offer for walk-in guests.
Having finished up their wedding season for the year, Howard Vineyard is now open for wine tastings and lunch all day Saturday, and has a set menu available mid-week, for those keen on breaking up the Monday to Friday grind.
It’s clear to us that Howard Vineyard is more than just a pretty view. Long lunch, here we come.
